Chris Gilder – CEO

A self professed serial entrepreneur, with unwavering vision and driven to succeed, Chris Gilder has been solving self-service solutions for well over a decade. His “can do” attitude leads the way for innovative designs from concept to completion. Having grown up in the UK, Chris’s mindset is beyond boundaries. At Mzero, zero boundaries means infinite possibilities, always looking toward future technology expansion, infrastructure, capabilities, and self-service solutions.

Gerhard Renner – CFO

Gerhard joined meridian in 2008 as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. His core responsibilities are managing the finance, accounting, treasury, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting functions of the company. He successfully completed the acquisition of KING Products and Solutions for Meridian in 2009. Gerhard received his Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California and has been a member of the California Bar Association since 2003. With undergraduate degrees in economics and rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley, Gerhard’s early career includes several leading California law firms, where he structured venture capital and private equity transactions, as well as working in Ernst & Young’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Paul Burden – SVP Software

Paul Burden joined the Mzero team in March 2009 through the acquisition of KING Products and Solutions Inc. During his career, he spent nine years with KING where he ascended through positions including; application development, customer project manager, and finally, software department manager. Paul has led complex self-service application development initiatives and project management activities. Paul brings over 10 years experience and an extensive background in self-service, with unique insights addressing the needs of clients within the industry. He graduated from Georgian College in Ontario as a Programmer/Analyst in 1999.
